Data Entry & Calculation

By entering the seat area, make, and model number into the software, the system calculates the required hydraulic pressure needed to lift the safety valve.

Pressure Development

The Maximator air motor develops the required hydraulic pressure gradually to ensure controlled and safe testing.

Lift Detection

The operator terminates the test upon hearing the safety valve lifting sound, confirming the set pressure has been reached.

Test Documentation

Upon lift confirmation, the test is recorded and documented with accurate pressure data for certification purposes.
